Deux Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Validity of Agreement

By registering for, logging into your account, or using any services provided by this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all clauses of these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by all relevant rules. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, please stop using all services of this application immediately.

2. Eligibility for Service Use

All services on this platform are exclusively available to users aged 18 and above. Only users who meet this age requirement may register accounts, log in and access all functions and services of this application.

3. User Code of Conduct

During your use of the application, you shall strictly comply with relevant regulations and must not engage in any illegal or improper acts as follows:

  1. Publish, disseminate or repost any content that violates laws and regulations, or contains violence, pornography, vulgar information, or infringes upon third parties' legitimate rights including reputation, portrait rights and copyrights;
  2. Impersonate others or any individual or organization, or fill in or publish false, untrue or misleading information on the platform;
  3. Harass other users by abusing platform features, send bulk spam messages, commit online fraud, or maliciously disrupt the normal operation of the platform and the use experience of other users;
  4. Violate applicable local laws, regulations, industry norms and all management policies of this platform.

4. Membership Subscription and In-App Purchase Rules

  1. Certain premium features and exclusive benefits of this application are paid services. Users may unlock corresponding access rights via subscription or in-app purchases.
  2. All paid subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will be renewed automatically.
  3. All payment transactions are processed exclusively through the official Google Play channel. We will not collect, record or store any of your payment-related personal information to fully protect your payment security.
  4. You may manage, modify or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

  1. All interface designs, texts, images, trademarks, brand elements, functional codes and other original content within this application are the exclusive intellectual property of Deux, protected by relevant laws. Unauthorized theft, modification, reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  2. You retain all intellectual property rights to the original content you post on the platform. Meanwhile, you hereby grant Deux a non-exclusive global license to store, display, distribute and reasonably use your posted content for the normal operation and maintenance of platform services.

6. Disclaimer and Risk Notice

  1. Deux only provides technical and functional support as an online social platform. All interactions, disputes and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne solely by users, and the platform shall not be held jointly liable.
  2. You are solely responsible for your account security, personal privacy and personal information protection. The platform shall not be liable for any risks arising from offline social interactions or in-person meetings arranged through this application.

7. Account Management and Termination of Access

If you violate any clauses of this Agreement, submit false personal information, or engage in illegal or improper activities on the platform, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account access and ban your account without prior notice, and we shall not be liable for any compensation.

8. Minor Protection and Compliance

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
