Deux – Child Safety Guidelines

Deux upholds the core principle of child protection and strives to create a safe, wholesome and clean online environment. We fully comply with Google Play Child Safety Rules, as well as applicable laws, regulations and industry standards for minor protection across the globe.

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance and impose strict penalties against child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE), child exploitation, and any acts that harm the physical and mental health or threaten the personal and online safety of minors. We will resolutely prevent all violations of minors' legitimate rights and interests.

1. Platform Child Safety Rules

To fully protect minors while they use our services, we have formulated strict management regulations. All users shall abide by the following rules during platform use:

• Users are prohibited from uploading, posting, reposting, sharing, promoting, requesting or distributing any content related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE). Dissemination of child pornography and any content infringing upon children's rights is strictly forbidden.
• Do not initiate contact with, entice minors, engage in vulgar, pornographic or inappropriate conversations with them, or conduct harassment, inducement and other harmful interactions.
• It is prohibited to create, depict, discuss or spread texts, images, artwork, conversations or topics that sexualize or vulgarize minors, so as to safeguard a healthy online space for them.
• We strictly protect minors' personal information. No party may collect, use, disclose or publish minors' private data without lawful authorization.
• The platform adopts age verification and tiered access control to restrict minors from accessing age-inappropriate features, content and services, ensuring compliant and age-suitable access management.
• We deploy an intelligent risk control system combining automated detection and manual review to monitor platform content around the clock, and promptly identify and remove harmful and non-compliant content.
• Any content violating these guidelines will be removed immediately. Accounts of rule-breakers will be permanently banned to prevent repeated violations.
• Confirmed illegal activities will be reported in accordance with laws. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities, child protection organizations and relevant regulatory departments for investigation and handling.
• A dedicated reporting channel is available for all users to report suspicious content, improper conduct and any risks endangering children.

2. Reporting Violations

If you discover any content, inappropriate interactions or suspicious activities that violate these guidelines and jeopardize child safety while using Deux, please contact our official customer service immediately. We will conduct prompt investigations and impose severe penalties on violations.
